Belgrade Book Fair
Between 21 and 28 October you can find the Slovenian national stand in hall 2A, stand 2224/2 and visit events with Slovenian authors at the fair and in the city:
- a poetry reading of three Slovenian authors Stanka Hrastelj, Petra Kolmančič and Bina Štampe Žmavc will take place in PEN center on Tuesday, 23 October at 20.00,
- a B2B meeting of Serbian and Slovenian publishers will take place on Wednesday, 24 October 11.00-13.00 in hall 4 at the book fair,
- a reading of Slovenian authors Bina Štampe Žmavc, Petra Kolmančič and August Demšar on Wednesday, 24 October in the evening is a joint event of Pivec publishing house and Krokodil festival from Belgrade and will take place in the brand new Krokodil's Center for Contemporary Literature,
- a reading and a talk with Mojca Kumerdej on the occasion of the publication of the Serbian translation of the Harvest of Chronos (Geopoetika, 2018) will take place on Saturday, 27 October at 17.00 in Vasko Popa hall at the fair. Other speakers at the event will be author Vule Žurić and director and chief editor at Geopoetika publishing house, Vladislav Bajac.
Buch Wien (Vienna Book Fair)
This year the Vienna Book Fair will take place between 7th and 11th November. You can find us in hall D, stand B11 and visit our numerous events on and of the fair ground:
